I agree that I shall not make any Claim or Demand against Seletar Country Club, its employees, agents, and any third-party service providers for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal injury, death or detriment to myself, guests and/or respective properties) arising out of or in any way connected with my/our participation in this event. I undertake to be fully liable for any/all losses or damages to any properties, and for the conduct and decorum of my guests. I acknowledge that my guests and I will comply with the rules, regulations and byelaws of the Club.
