SGA Inter-Club League (ICL) 2024 Trial Selection Rounds

Terms & Conditions

1. Players must be a member of SGA and may only represent one Club in the entire ICL 2024 season.
2. Players must conform in all respects with the Rules of Amateur Status as promulgated by the R&A and possess a valid WHS Handicap Index consisting of a scoring record of 12 months and is within the stipulated range in your respective Divisions.
3. Players must commit to playing at least 2 rounds during the trial; one round will render them “NOT ELIGIBLE.”
4. Pairing lists will be decided by the League Captain/Divisional Captain.
5. Scoring will be based on Gross Stableford Points. No handicap allowance will be applied for this trial. Players must stop playing a hole when they have reached the number of strokes that will result in zero points (i.e. Double bogey). Refer to Stableford point’s table below.

   Albatross/Double Eagle	5
   Eagle	4
   Birdie	3
   Par	2
   Bogey	1
   Double Bogey or more	0

7. The best 2 scores of the 3 rounds will determine the qualifiers.
8. Selected players will represent Seletar Country Club in ICL 2024.
9. Choice of Captain will be made solely at the discretion of the Divisional & League Captains.

Men’s Premier Division	5
Men’s A Division	6
Men’s Senior Division	5
Ladies A Division	3
Ladies B Division	5
Ladies Evergreen	3

 

Disqualification:

• Players who engage in actions leading to disqualification will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. Acts prejudicial to R&A Rule 1.2 may result in bans from future competitions and exclusion from the League Team.
•  Score card submission must accurately reflect your scores and be signed by your marker.

Inclement Weather:

In cases of inclement weather, decisions on the event’s outcome will be made by the League/Division Captains and the Tournament Director.
