AGM 2025: Submission Methods & Forms

1. AGM Pre-Registration Form
To assist the Club in planning food and beverage arrangements and to minimize food wastage, members are encouraged to pre-register their interest in attending the AGM by Friday, 18 July, 12pm. The food and beverage provisions will take place in the evening after the AGM concludes.

i. Complete this webform accordingly and click on the “Submit” button

 12pm on Friday, 18 July 2025
2. Nominations for Elections Forms
(Printed forms are available at the Main Reception Counter)

i. Print the Nomination Forms.
ii. Complete the form accordingly. (Ensure it is signed by the Nominee, Proposer, and Seconder)
iii. Drop it into the Proxy Form Box located at the Main Lobby (outside Membership office).

5pm on Monday, 7 July
3. Proxy Form
(Printed forms are available at the Main Reception Counter)

i. Print this form.
ii. Complete the form accordingly. (Ensure it is signed by both the Principal and Spouse Members.)
iii. Submit the completed form by email to membership@seletarclub.com.sg or drop it into the Proxy Form Box located at the Main Lobby (outside Membership office).

5pm on Monday, 14 July 2025
4. Questions pertaining to any AGM Agenda Items or Any Other Business (AOB) Submission Form i. Recommended – By webform: [click here
ii. Recommended – By email: agm2025@seletarclub.com.sg 
iii. Submit your questions in a sealed envelope and drop it into the AOB Submission Box located at the Main Lobby (outside the Membership Office).
