Filming/Photography Application Form

Please note rental of facilities for filming/photography is available on MONDAYS ONLY. All applications for filming, photography and/or rental of facility for any purposes must be submitted via this form at least one week in advance and approved by the Management of Seletar Country Club before it is allowed to proceed. Please note pre-payment must be received at least 3 days prior to filming/photography/rental otherwise the session will not be allowed to proceed. All bookings are on a 3-hour time block unless otherwise mentioned and there will be no refund for unused time slots. An additional buggy surcharge of $55 per person applies for golf course filming/photography. Extension on a per-hour basis will apply when filming/photography exceeds the 2- or 3-hour block (depending on facility). Cancellation fees apply (100% for cancellations <24 hours and 80% for cancellations between 24 and 72 hours). A 20% reactivation fee applies for bookings that have lapsed due to non-payment by the due date. All rates and charges are indicative, subject to prevailing GST and Management's confirmation and approval. Please note that as a private members' club, we are unable to exclusively book or close the facility, and members' use of the facility must be expected/allowed. For outdoor facility usage/rentals, please note there will be no refund or rainchecks in the event of suspension due to inclement weather. For enquiries, please email marcom@seletarclub.com.sg.
