- E-voucher is good for one-time use only within the stated period (birthday month and following month).
- Strictly no extension of E-voucher’s validity upon expiry.
- Redeemable for dine-in and takeaway at Seletar Terrace, Seletar Tavern, KTV and Poolside Café only.
- Not valid for the purchase of tobacco products.
- Only one voucher is accepted per bill and no splitting of bills per table is allowed.
- Please present your membership card and inform our staff at the point of redemption.
- Voucher cannot be used to offset any minimum spending levy or in conjunction with any special offers/discounts/privileges.
- Voucher is non-transferable and any unconsumed balance is non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Vouchers that are expired are not eligible for redemption.
- Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of use of the voucher without any prior notice.
