Hole 14

Date & Time

Thu, 01 Jan 1970

Location

Although not long, in fact the shortest par 5 on the course, this hole has plenty of teeth. The fairway bunkers frame the landing area and allow the golfer to hit away. Although reachable in two shots it is really an all-or-nothing shot as anything missing the green will repel away and anything left will be 5-6 metres below the surface of the green, making a very difficult pitch. Smart play is lay up to the distance you feel comfortable with and then hit your favourite short iron in for a chance at birdie. Accuracy is key, as this is a small green with lots of trouble around.
