Members Portal Help Center (FAQ)


1. I have forgotten my password. How do I reset my password?
a) Go to https://www.seletarclub.com.sg/ and click on the “Members Portal” icon, or go to https://gateway.seletarclub.com.sg/webclub/
b) Type your membership no. in the Username text box.
c) Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

2. During my password reset process, my displayed Date of Birth is wrong. What should I do?
Please contact membership@seletarclub.com.sg and provide your correct date of birth and membership no. so that we can get it updated.

 

3. During my password reset process, I did not receive any password reset code sent to my email. What should I do?
Please login into members portal and go to UPDATE PROFILE menu, to check your email address registered with the club is correct. If it’s not updated please update and wait our membership department staff to be approved. It will take 2 to 3 working days to approve your updated email address. One approved, please try to reset your password. If your registered email address is correct and still not receive the password reset code, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still do not receive the email, please contact membership@seletarclub.com.sg to solve this issue.

 

4. I need to change my email address for receiving Club correspondence. What should I do?
Please contact membership@seletarclub.com.sg and provide your updated email and membership no.

 

5. I encountered problems when trying to log in to the Members Portal. What should I do?
a) Please click here to read the user manual for the Members Portal.
b) If you still encounter difficulties, please contact us at feedback@seletarclub.com.sg and let us know which step you are facing issues, with screenshot of the error message.

 

6. I encountered the ‘Login failed! Please try again’ error message when I try to log in. What should I do?
a) It could be that you have entered an incorrect password. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.
b) Please try again with your correct password. If you still encounter difficulties trying to log in, please reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Your Password?” that can be found below the LOGIN button.

 

7. I have forgotten my Username. What should I do?
Your Username is your membership no. If you have forgotten your membership no, please contact our membership department at membership@seletarclub.com.sg or call 6486 0882 / 4.

 

8. I am a new member of Seletar Country Club. Do I need to register? Where can I get the log in details for the Members Portal?
a) New members are not required to register to log in to the Members Portal. Our membership department will create the user account details for all new members. However, you will still need to reset your password for first-time login.
b) Please follow the steps below to reset your password:
i. Go to https://www.seletarclub.com.sg/ and click on the “Members Portal” icon, or go to https://gateway.seletarclub.com.sg/webclub/
ii. Type your membership no. in the Username text box.
iii. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

9. I have some feedback regarding the Members Portal. How do I submit them?
You can submit your feedback to feedback@seletarclub.com.sg. We encourage members to be specific and send screenshots if applicable.

 

10. Can I change my Username?
No. The Username is fixed, and members are not allowed to change their Username.

 

11. Where can I find the latest Golf Booking Conditions/Rules?

12. Can I view my monthly Statement of Account (SOA) in Seletar Members Portal?
Yes. You can view your past six months of monthly statement of accounts (SOA) by logging into the Seletar Members Portal and selecting STATEMENT ENQUIRY on the menu.

 

13. Can I update my personal particulars in Seletar Members Portal?
Yes. Please login to the Seletar Members Portal and select “UPDATE PROFILE” on the menu. You can update your new email address, telephone no, mobile no and residential address.
