DAILY SPORTS & SOCIAL FACILITIES’ OPERATING HOURS
- The Sports & Social facilities operating hours can be found at our Club’s official website .
- Members are reminded to exit the facilities before closing time.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Any bookings, changes, or cancellations shall be made via the Members Portal.
- Any bookings for Club Events, Tournaments, or Competitions will be made via the dedicated webforms provided for each event when their registration becomes available.
- Members are reminded to adhere to the changes and cancellations policy (see below).
DEFINITION OF WEEKDAY / WEEKEND
- Weekday– Monday to Friday
- Weekend– Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday & School Holidays (Jun, Nov, Dec)
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR ALL MEMBERS
- Members are permitted to make bookings up to ONE week in advance, starting at 7:00AM via Members Portal.
- Facilities available for online booking are: American pool / Bowling / Exercise Room / KTV Private Room / Mahjong / Pickleball / Table Tennis / Tennis.
- A principal member and his/her spouse will not be allowed to book separate play slots for play on the same day.
- The maximum number of guests allowed is as follows:

No bags are allowed in the Gymnasium. No equipment shall be moved or removed from its original location. Only sports shoes are permitted. Other types of footwear, such as sports sandals, rubber-spiked golf shoes, dress shoes, loafers, or mountain climbing shoes, are not allowed. |

House shoes must be worn with socks. Not allowed to wear the house shoes out of the bowling area. |

Courts are for Tennis use only, no other sports allowed. Tennis shoes must be worn, no golf shoes allowed. |

Courts are for Pickleball use only, no other sports allowed. Non-marking rubber-soled shoes appropriate for pickleball sports may be worn, no golf shoes allowed. |

Children above 6 years old must use the changing room designated for their gender. Children under 12 years old are. not allowed to use the Jacuzzi. |

- Members MUST check in at the designated reception counters to process their payments, failing which, a “No Show” fee will be charged.
- Members & Guests MUST abide by the dress code stipulated for each facility.
- Coaching provided by external instructors who are neither contracted nor approved by the Club is strictly prohibited. Disciplinary action will be taken against individuals who violate the Club’s Bye Laws.
- Term Membership members are required to make payment before using the facilities.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Members may make changes or cancellations to their bookings in the Members Portal at least 24 hours before the booked time slot, without incurring penalty charges.
- For any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours from the booked time slot, a penalty fee is applicable and automatically charged to member’s account.
- In any instance, if a member does not occupy the booked time slot within the initial 15 minutes, the Club reserves the right to allocate the slot to another member on the waiting list. The member who initially booked the slot will forfeit his/her booking and a “No Show” fee will be charged to the membership account.
- The “No Show” fee for all Sports & Social facilities, excluding Bowling and Karaoke, is $10.90. For Bowling, the penalty fee will amount to $21.80, while for Karaoke, the full booking charge fee will be applicable.
- Any cancelled slots will be automatically made available for booking in the Members Portal.
