Safe Management Plan

In line with strict Safe Management practices under Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) from 22 July 2021, members and guests are reminded to observe the following.





  • Wear a mask at all times (except when eating/drinking.)
  • Masks should be worn as a default. Masks can be taken off when performing strenuous exercise, although it is still recommended not to unmask as good practice even under such circumstances. Masks MUST BE WORN once the individual has ceased strenuous activity.) Those who refuse will be denied entry to the Club or any of our facilities and will be subjected to disciplinary action.
  • Staff reserve the right to turn away members who appear unwell.
  • Use and dispose of your mask correctly.



  • Maximum of 2 persons per group only at any time.
  • Vehicles/groups with more than 2 pax will be denied entry unless you are from the same household (our staff reserves the right to request for proof of address)
  • Each group to maintain a safe distance of 3m apart.
  • Safe entry using TraceTogether token / app only at the Guardhouse – no exception. Please ensure you have your app or token with you.
  • SafeEntry Station & Thermal Scanner is available for temperature screening at the Guardhouse.
  • Designated single entry/exit points. Please observe the movement routes and cooperate with our staff to ensure smooth traffic flow and avoid overcrowding. 
  • Do not loiter in the Club or carpark if you have completed your activity.
  • Each facility is limited to a maximum capacity as advised by the respective sporting authorities – members are expected to abide by these capacity limits or risk being asked to leave the club / facility.
  • Members who have had recent contact with someone issued with a stay-home notice (SHN) or high risk of exposure to Covid-19 cases are strongly advised NOT to visit the Club.

  • For individuals, observe a social distance of 2m or 2 arms’ length from one another.
  • For groups of a maximum of 2 persons, observe a social distance of 3m or 3 arms’ length from other individuals or groups.
  • Do not intermix or mingle between tables or group-hop when dining or engaging in activities.
  • Avoid shaking hands or any other physical interaction with others.
  • Avoid in-person bookings and enquiries. Call or email us instead. 
  • All water coolers around the Club and on the golf course will be disabled.



  • Common amenities and towels will not be issued. Please bring your own towels and items for personal use (e.g. lotion, hair products, hair dryer, tissue etc).
  • Only in-cubicle shower gel and shampoo from the dispensers will remain available. 
  • Strictly no loitering. Use and Leave principle to be applied.
  • Individuals should not intermingle with others and linger or socialise within the changing room / toilet facilities. Minimize communication.
  • Golfers to be dressed and ready to play upon arrival, and minimize the need to change before or after golf/training.
  • Masks must be worn when changing in and out of attire. If a mask is removed during shower or face-washing, it is to be worn promptly after.
  • Changing rooms and toilets must be closed off if individuals cannot comply with these safe management measures.

  • Group sports classes are suspended. Only 1-on-1 training and sports classes may still carry on


All outdoor activities will be suspended. To avoid loitering and overcrowding during this period, members are advised not to wait in the Club but go home. 

  • For golfers: If your tee-off time is within the lightning warning period, you will have to forgo your flight.




  • The Club is strictly following SportSG/SGA’s Safe Management Plan for Phase 2 Heightened Alert, “Play golf and go home” policy – once you are done, exit the room or space; do not linger before/after your game. For the safety of all and especially members who faithfully abide by these rules, those who fail to observe the guidelines will be asked to stop their golfing activity and leave the Club’s premises. Incalcitrant members / guests will be subject to disciplinary action.
  • Masks should be worn as a default. Masks can be taken off when performing strenuous exercise, although it is still recommended not to unmask as good practice even under such circumstances. Masks MUST BE WORN once the individual has ceased strenuous activity. 
  • Ensure that golfers do not shout unnecessarily while engaging in physical activities. This is because shouting increases the risk of transmission via droplets. Golf Coaches/instructors may raise their volume when communicating instructions or in the event of potential danger. Coaches/Instructors should wear masks when giving instruction but may take their masks off when demonstrating strenuous actions.
  • Physical distancing of 2 metres (2 arm-lengths) within the group and 3-metre distance (3 arm-lengths) between different groups should be maintained at all times. No mixing or mingling between multiple groups throughout.
  • To minimise physical contact, members are advised to refrain from entering the golf office / reception. If you need any assistance, please call 6486 0801 / 7.
  • Registration for golf rounds will be done at the Starter Hut.
  • Safe distancing indicators will be clearly marked on the ground at registration or any possible crowded areas. Please abide by them.
  • Water coolers around the Club & on the golf course will be disabled. Bring your own water.
  • No sharing of golf clubs.
  • Facilities, equipment, and golf buggies will be constantly sanitized.
  • All golfers must bring your golf bags to your car immediately after your game to minimise contamination. Please do not leave them at the Golf Complex for subsequent pick-up after your shower or for any other reason.



  • Bring your own water & carry along personal hand sanitisers.
  • Sand canisters/sandbags will be distributed accordingly and properly sanitized after every use.
  • 2 golfers per buggy with dividers installed for safe distancing.


Standard on-course golfing flights based on an 18-hole golf course capacity will be allowed with the following measures:

  • For 2 pax only in a flight: masks on at all times, but can be taken off during strenuous activity.
  • More than 2 pax in a flight: masks on at all time, cannot be taken off even during strenuous activity.
  • One flight cannot have more than 4 pax. (2 groups of 2 pax)
  • 2m safe distance is required within the same group (of 2 pax) at all times
  • 3m safe distance is required between groups at all times

Max Capacity: 2 customers per time

  • Keep within safety markers at all times.


Max Capacity: 36 pax per time

  • Strictly one golfer per bay (including seating area) and no exceptions will be given to family members.
  • Leave one bay empty after every 2 adjacent bays
  • To comply with 3m rule between groups
  • Mask down is allowed if engaged in strenuous activity, although mask on is highly encouraged
  • Single entry/exit points will be established – please follow accordingly.
  • No mingling or discussions with golfers from other bays at all times.
  • Keep within the social distance markers at all ball dispensing machines.
  • Water coolers will be disabled.
  • No physical contact with coaches during lessons and coaches will remain outside bay practice areas.
  • The “Use and leave” principle will be adopted (no lingering around before/after your practice).
  • Transview staff and teaching pros will act as safety ambassadors and patrol these areas.
  • Surfaces and objects in relevant spaces will be cleaned and disinfected at least twice or more a day, particularly surfaces that are touched by users.

Max Capacity: 6 pax per time

  • Golfers need to keep within marked lots. 
  • Capacity will be limited and entry is on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Fairway and greenside bunkers limited to 1 golfer per time only.
  • The “Use and leave” principle will be adopted (no loitering before/after your practice).

  • To avoid overcrowding, call the respective Poolside or Bowling counters ahead of time to check on the facility’s occupancy.
  • Abide by the maximum occupancy limit of each facility. Our staff reserves the right to ask members to vacate the facility or put you on the waitlist if the facility has reached its maximum capacity.
  • Guest policy: only 1 guest per membership is allowed during this period


Max Capacity: 12 pax per time, 2 bowlers per pair of lanes

  • Compulsory mask wearing in bowling centre covering nose and mouth (not allowed to even remove momentarily to drink water – this has to be done out of the bowling centre). 
  • Consumption of drinks to be done outside of the bowling centre.
  • Use personal equipment such as your own bowling balls or shoes if possible.
  • House balls will and common-sharing items will NOT be provided. Please bring your own bowling balls.
  • Bowlers are expected to remain on their lane/pairs of lanes (except for designated areas for eating and drinking) throughout their bowling session. Mingling across lanes is not allowed.
  • Bowlers should use the cocktail tables that have been demarcated and colour-coded to correspond with their respective lanes.
  • All youth and adult bowling training will be suspended.
  • All activities must be carried out with a max group of 2 pax.
  • Maximum 1 guest per membership.
  • Adopt a “Use and Leave” principle – once you are done, exit the room or space.
  • Please adhere to Singapore Bowling Federation’s BowlSafe guidelines here.

Max Capacity: 30 pax per time, up to 1.5 hour time limit during peak periods
Spa Pool & Jacuzzi: CLOSED

  • A 1.5-hour (i.e. 90-min) time limit will be enforced for all members & guests using the pool during peak hours from 1pm – 7pm on weekends & public holidays. Anyone who exceeds the time limit will be asked to leave the pool.
  • Maximum 1 guest per membership.
  • At all times, maintain at least 3m safe distance from other groups within the pool.

Max Capacity: 2 pax per court

  • Maximum 1 guest per membership.
  • Wear a mask at all times.
  • Maintain at least 3m safe distancing.
  • All activities must be carried out with a maximum group of 2 pax.



  • Wear a mask at all times & practise safe distancing.
  • Wash your hands before and after play.
  • Avoid using the playground if you are feeling unwell.
  • Avoid mingling with people from different households.
  • People from different households who use public amenities like playgrounds and fitness corners should keep to groups of five and maintain safe distancing.

  • Bring your own yoga mats for hygiene purposes.
  • Maximum 1 guests per membership

  • Maintain at least 3m safe distancing.

  • Shared items such as newspapers and magazines have been removed to minimise contamination and prevent the community spread of the virus.
