I, hereby declare that I am fit in all aspects including physically, medically and otherwise to participate in this overseas trip and its activities and agree to assume any/all risks which might be associated with it. I agree that I shall not make any Claim or Demand against Seletar Country Club, its employees, agents, and any third-party service providers for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, personal injury, death or detriment to myself and/or respective properties) arising out of or in any way connected with my/our participation in this event, including and not limited to acts of God, force majeure, fraud / theft / robbery, or my breaching of any undertakings herein.
I acknowledge that I will comply with the rules, regulations and byelaws of the Club and/or venues that we will be residing in/visiting for the duration of this trip.
I declare I am able to meet the financial commitments required to participate in this overseas trip and its activities, and will make full payment, if required, for any additional costs or cancellation fees that may arise including but not limited to my cancellation of participating in this event after I have submitted this registration form, and undertake to be fully liable for any/all losses or costs of repairs and replacement for damages to the properties and/or equipment of the Club or of any of the entities involved in this trip.
